Click Forgot Details on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address. If this email address matches the one we have on record for you, we will send your username and details on how to reset your password to this email address.; Q: Why can't I login using my username any longer?; Close A:
Try using your email address as we are now standardising on email addresses as the Login. If you continue to have a problem click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page and call us and we'll have up and running in a jiffy!; Q: How do I change my password?; Close A:
Login to account, and on the home page click on "Settings". On the "My Account Settings" section, next to "Account Password", click on [Change This]. On the Set Password screen, the system will prompt you to enter your Current Password, New Password twice - one being to confirm the password.
After all the changes, then click the button Set Password.; Q: What should I do with my username/password?; Close A:
